What is Viapro?
Viapro is a revolutionary sexual stimulant designed to help increase sexual stamina and arousal. Viapro utilizes three proprietary components that make it's actions very similar and sometimes more powerful than the leading prescription drug prescribed for sexual problems.
What makes Viapro so powerful is the unique blend of ingredients it contains for sexual enhancement. Listed below are the two active ingredients found in Viapro.
Velvet deer - Induces smooth muscle relaxation, allowing for maximum arterial dilation and increased blood flow.
L-Arginine - Increases nitric oxide release and inhibits PDE-5, allowing erections to be sustained for longer periods of time.
Viapro use: Viapro is used to help achieve and maintain an erection in men. Part of the physiological process of erection involves the release of Nitric Oxide (NO) in the corpus cavemosum. This then activates the enzymes guanylate cyclase, which results in increased levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), leading to smooth muscle relaxation in the corpus cavemosum, resulting in increased inflow of blood and an erection. Viapro is a potent and selective inhibitor of cGMP specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (POE5), which is responsible for degradation of cGMP in the corpus cavemosum. This means that, with Viapro on board, normal sexual stimulation leads to increased levels of cGMP in the corpus cavemosum, which leads to better erections. Without sexual stimulation and no activation of the NO/cGMP system, Viapro should not cause an erection.
Mechanism Action: Viapro inhibits the cGMP specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) which is responsible for degradation of cGMP in the corpus cavemosum located around the penis. Penile erection during sexual stimulation is caused by increased penile blood flow resulting from the relaxation of penile arteries and corpus cavernosum smooth muscle. This response is mediated by the release of Nitric Oxide (NO) from nerve terminals and endothelial cells, which stimulates the synthesis of cGMP in smooth muscle cells. Cyclic GMP causes smooth muscle relaxation and increased blood flow into the corpus cavemosum. The inhibition of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) by Viapro enhances erectile function by increasing the amount of cGMP.
